AP Minister Manikyarao today alleged that people belonging to other religion were indulging in conversions targeting Hindu religion.
The minister was addressing Hindu Dharmik meeting at Tirumala. He called upon Peethadipathis and Mathadipathis to come together to prevent conversions. Kanchi Kamakoti Peettadipati Jayendra Sarswati said there was a need to come together and unite for preventing conversions.
TTD chairman Chadalwada Krishnamurthy said the TTD was actively participating in propagation of Hindu religion. TTD EO Sambasiva Rao said, “TTD was taking up various programs on the direction and suggestions made by Mattadipathis and Pittadipatis.” (NSS)
