Director Minority Welfare Jalaluddin Akber convened a meeting of District Minority Welfare Officers for effective implementation of Minority Welfare schemes in Telangana. He reviewed the implementation of Minority Welfare schemes in districts and directed officials to implement schemes with complete transparency. He told that it is the duty of officials to make sure that the benefits of the budget issued by the government should reach deserving persons. He cited a few complaints received in connection with implementation of schemes and obligated the officials not to provide any opportunity of irregularity else government will take strict action.
