Alleging that the TRS government has miserably failed to implement its promises made on the eve of last Assembly elections, former Union Minister S Jaipal Reddy said the Warangal by-election was a best example for the TRS government’s “arrogant attitude”.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday, Jaipal Reddy alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was indulging in ‘Casino Politics’ by showering innumerable promises that could not be implemented. “I never saw any political party making such a large number of assurances”, he said. He said KCR was behaving irrationally with regard to reservations, loan waiver, double bed room houses to the poor.
Jaipal Reddy has further alleged that the Chief Minister KCR was treating his Deputy Chief Ministers as slaves. He also demanded KCR to explain why the Warangal by-election was caused. He said the Warangal election result will be a warning to the TRS party with the victory of Congress candidate in the by-election. (NSS)
