Hyderabad: Mr. Yogender Yadav convener of Swaraj Abhiyan laid the foundation of Jai Kisan Andolan in Hyderabad. Talking to newsmen yesterday, he said that the objective of this movement is to create awareness about the anti-farmer policies of the Govt. He stressed the need for the central Government to withdraw land acquisition bill. He also said that the farmers should be compensated for the losses they incur.
Mr. Yadav said that from every village a handful of soil would be taken to parliament. A mass protest program would be organized in front of parliament on 10th August. He said that formers are deprived of justice because the organizations working for the cause of farmers are not united. He proposed that Jai Kisan Andolan would be started in order to bring all the farmers of the country on one platform.
