Indian democratic system disallows intervention in any religion

The democratic system of India does not allow any type of intervention in any religion. If anyone does a mistake we have no authority to punish him. Such types of incidents are posing grave threat to the national integrity and democratic system of our country. These views were expressed by Prof. Kodandaram, Chairman Telangana Joint Action Committee while addressing a round table conference here at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram.

The conference organised by Telangana Vidyavanthula Vedika (TVV) was addressed by Maulana Hamed Mohammed Khan, president Jamat-e-Islami Hind Telangana and Orissa, Mrs. Sharada Gaud, Y V Satya Narayana, Tirupati Yadaiah, Muneeruddin Mujahed President Tahreek Khair Ummat, Ram Giri Prakash, Santosh Kumar, S Swarupa, Chairman HAS India Maulana Syed Tariq Quadri, Maulana Naseeruddin, Hayat Husain Habeeb, Rasheed Khan Azad, Malikarjun, E Bheem Rao, P Srinivas, V Lalaiah, D Nag Raju, K Veera Swami, V Shanti Prakash, B Vinay Kumar, Sughra Begum, Shaikh Sadiq Ali. The speakers strongly condemned the rising intolerance and communalism in India.
