Samba (J&K): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said that India wants better relations with Pakistan and China.

Addressing jawans of the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) at Samba in Jammu and Kashmir today, Singh said India has always been a peaceful neighbour and willing to maintain and have good relations with all its neighbouring countries.

The Home Minister said India has always extended a hand of friendship and Pakistan should reciprocate and take steps to improve that relationship.
