India elect to bat in fourth ODI against Proteas

Chennai: India have won the toss and elected to bat first in the imperative fourth ODI of the five-match series against South Africa at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Thursday.

Trailing by 1-2 in the five-match series, India are now in a do or die situation where they will have to win the fourth ODI in order to keep the series alive.

Meanwhile, South Africa, who are in the lead now following their 18-run win in the third ODI in Rajkot, will be aiming to clinch the series.

India have made only one change in the team, left-arm pacer Sreenath Aravind has replaced Umesh Yadav for last two ODIs.

Meanwhile South Africa have made two changes in the team.

Chris Morris and Aaron Phangiso have come in as replacement for the injured Morne Morkel and JP Duminy respectively.
