Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao mentioned his close associationship with founder of Siasat Daily late Mr. Abid Ali Khan and said that the latter had special interest in development of minorities and promotion of Urdu language. KCR mentioned late Mr. Abid Ali Khan in the context of minorities educational development in a high level meeting held at camp office.
He told that during NTR’s rule in 1986, late Mr. Abid Ali Khan was invited in the foundation laying ceremony of Iqbal Minar and a function hall in Siddipet. Chief Minister told that he had good relations with late Mr. Abid Ali Khan and he always admired latter’s passion towards Urdu and minorities.
This was the second time when KCR mentioned his good relations with late Mr. Abid Ali Khan in high level meeting.
