Looking for Asst., Manager – Recruitemnt with 5 to 8 years experience in recrutment


Meet the Recruitment numbers and maintain them and ensure the right person for the right job at a right place by working closely with line managers

They should handle recruitment drive across the country if required. Apart from the above the following skills are required

Industrial Relations – Security – Welfare – Statutory Compliance.

Responsible for effective Pay roll Processing

Grievance handling.

Enhance Communication as an engagement strategy.
Participating in Region cum Industry compensation bench marking surveys for skilled technicians and propose appropriate recommendations to management.

Ensure effective implementation of Performance Management System and integrating and development plans with Performance management.
Salary:INR 2,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A
