How to cure bad posture

London, Oct 29 : If you are done with the pain that creeps across the shoulders because of the bad posture at work, then you should stop reaching at a quick-fix for the cramp and focus on a long-term solution.

Physiotherapy expert Jonathan Flynn revealed that both physical, including sitting posture, activities done and strain on the body, and physiological factors, including stress, balancing work, level of self-esteem, highly impact a person’s posture, the Daily Express reported.

The University of Huddersfield’s Flynn added that psychological factors can also drive and amplify how we feel about our pain.

He shared that one needs to make some changes in positioning, lifting technique, exercise tolerance, stress management and work-life balance to deal with a painful spine. (ANI)
