Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority is seriously thinking to introduce new method to improve its performance and bring transparency in its affairs. It has been decided to give online approval of the applications. Measures are being taken to ensure approval of within 20 days. This will be implemented from next month. Separate software has been prepared for Administrative Staff College of India Hyderabad. The new software includes matters regarding layout building permission, LRS, processing charges, land utilisation certificate and other property matters like change of name and transfer of property, etc.
