Experience in US Recruiting Process (Non IT & IT).
Managing the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment.
Familiar with Employment terms like Corp-Corp, W2, 1099
End to End recruiting experience.
Follow up with Clients and Candidates till final placement
Involvement in total recruiting process from getting requirements, sourcing the right candidate, arranging technical interview, rate negotiations till closing the deal.
Sourcing candidates using Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Techfetch etc.
Involved in posting jobs and sourcing the right candidates for the suitable requirements.
Excellent search and strong resume tracking skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent Communication skills & writing skills
NOTE: 6 PM to 3 AM IST
