Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting HR & Management with their admin and HR needs.
Assisting recruitment process: Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
Assisting in new hire orientation
Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues & referring same to seniors.
Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support the payroll cycle
Maintaining employee files and dashboards
Accuracy/Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desire to work as part of a dynamic team
1. Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills will be given preference
2.preferred candidates who owns a two wheeler and possess driving license
Salary:INR 1,50,000 – 2,25,000 P.A
