Washington D.C: Hilary Duff is surely one of those who loves experimenting with her hair as she recently chopped off her long, blonde locks.
Sharing a pic of her chopped hair, the 28-year-old actress took to Instagram to write, “Soooo it’s pretty short. Thank you @cynthiavanis chopping??.”
The pic shows the ‘Lizzie McGuire’ star’s locks now hit just above her chin.
Earlier, Duff rocked turquoise and blue mermaid hair and also sported bright pink and purple locks for her ‘Sparks,’ music video.
