The Committee will be headed by Principal Secretary, TR&B Dept., as its Chairman. Principal Secretaries Revenue (CT) and Industries (Mining), Secretaries to Government of Finance, Labour and Law will be the members. The Transport Commissioner will be the Member Convener.
