Irrigation Minister Harish Rao today alleged that Andhra rules have neglected Devadula phase I and II.
The minister said so when Palkurti farmers called on him at his residence at Banjara Hills. The farmers urged Harish Rao to solve their problems. The farmers also handed over a memorandum to him. Harish Rao assured them that the government would provide water to eight villages of Palkurti constituency. The government would also ensure water in Sriramsagar project phase-II in the next two years, he added. (NSS)
