Provide pre and post sales technical support to Xilinx FAEs and focus customers by means of system and module level design evaluations and issue resolution, occasional customer visits and informal training. For focused customer strategic programs, become a technical contributor and extension of customers development team along with FAE counterpart. As a secondary job function, provide feedback to various product development teams to help define future product enhancements and evolution including IP cores, device architectures and software tools.

FAE / CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT (85%)
Help debug customer designs and identify software and/or hardware issues through simulation and use of WebEx (remote analysis)
Provide technical assistance to help achieve FAE design win targets
