Government is taking steps in connection with recruitment on 285 various posts of Minority Welfare Department. Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel has sent a file to Chief Minister after identifying various posts. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in a review meeting of Minority Welfare had taken serious note on staff crunch in Minority Welfare Department and had directed the officers to inform the government about the number of required staff. Appointments will be made in various categories through Telangana Public Service Commission.
Secretary Minority Welfare told that after taking review of various institutions and requirement of staff in secretariat, 285 posts had been identified. After chief minister’s approval, the file will be sent to Finance Department for its approval. He claimed that implementation of developmental and welfare schemes was delayed due to staff crunch.
