New Delhi: The nation is observing its second ‘Good Governance Day’ on the birth anniversary of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee today.

Several functions are being organised across the country to mark the day. Observing the Good Governance Day, BJP Karnataka will carry out Swacch Bharat campaign and activity all across Karnataka.

On the occasion, Bharatiya Janata Party MPs and party office bearers will visit different areas to highlight the work done by the NDA Government for the betterment of the poor and youth of the country.

Meanwhile, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor took a jibe at the BJP in a tweet saying, “No references to “Happy Good Governance Day” this year, unlike last. That’s because Christmas is visible everywhere and good governance is not.” (ANI)
