1/2 Kilo Mince
1 tablespoon Garlic paste
1 tablespoon Ginger paste
1 tablespoon Raw papaya
1 teaspoon Chilli powder, heaped
1 teaspoon Salt
3 Green Chilies, grinded
1 teaspoon Garam masala
2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
1 Onion, chopped
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg, grinded
¼ teaspoon Mace, grinded
¼ teaspoon Green cardamom, grinded
2 tablespoons Clarified butter
In a pan, add mince with onion, raw papaya, ginger and garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, green chilies, garam masala, coriander leaves, green cardamom, clarified butter, nutmeg and mace.
Chop this mixture until it become smooth.
Leave mince to marinate for approximately 1 hour, in fridge
Now make kabab in square shape, skewers and BBQ.
Gola Kabab is ready to serve, with hot chili sauce or mint chutney .
