Gobi 65


1 whole cauliflower cut into 1 inch florets
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons rice flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
2 tablespoons minced curry leaves+2 sprigs curry leaves
salt to taste
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
15 green chili(mince 2 green chili)
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon My Garam Masala
2 tablespoons chili garlic paste
oil for deep frying
pinch food color

1.Heat oil for frying.
Take the cauliflower florets and microwave them for 3 minutes.
Do not add any water to this.
In a bowl take the corn starch,rice flour, all purpose flour,minced curry leaves and cilantro,salt,cumin, chili powder and coriander powder and minced green chili and food color and mix,add a little water to form a slightly thick dough.
It should coat the cauliflower but should not be runny.Add the cauliflower and coat it well.
Drop the coated florets in heated oil one by one and fry until very lightly black colored.Also fry the green chili and curry leaves along.Drain on kitchen towel and serve hot.
