The purpose of this role is to lead, design and govern operational excellence and continuous improvement in HR processes, balancing evolving customers needs and HR regulatory and compliance requirements.
Lead the design and implementation of HR Process & Governance strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure HR Services process landscape evolves in line with changing business requirements. Provide counsel and strategic recommendations to HR Leadership. Successfully manage Global and local stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of processes across Global and Local Service Centers, as well as CoEs. Lead the efficient implementation of all HR Services processes and standards across the region in alignment with and support of the organization’s HR strategy. Leads Global Change Review Board to assess, review, prioritize and agree on local, regional and Global change requests in processes, systems, channel and service delivery changes Drives Global HR Services best practices & knowledge sharing in order to identify synergies across regions and to improve HR innovation & effectiveness Manage the preparation and finalization of budget/resource allocation and investments plans for the area of responsibility.
Major Accountabilities: Manage periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives, monitor, and initiate additional activities if required. Drives projects to realize agreed enhancements in the area of scope Contribute for overall compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation. Accountable for Level 3 escalations (process and system queries from Global Service Centers) . Accountable for complete process documentation (Nimbus), supports process reviews and changes in collaboration with Global and/or Local Service Center Process Responsible.

Bachelor/Master degree in HR/other related field is preferred Excellent English spoken and written Local language an added advantage Minimum 7 years of experience in HR processes, experience in another HR domain is an additional advantage In-depth HR process and SAP HR system expertise is a must Experience in managing complex system landscapes and interfaces Experience in Global company and Shared Services environment preferred Multiple Country HR regulation knowledge would be added advantage
