Game of Thrones entered the Guinness book of World Records 2016

The hit HBO series Game of Thrones has entered the Guinness Book of World Records 2016. Adding another title besides “Most Pirated TV program”. “largest TV drama simulcast”.

Season 5’s second episode The House Of Black and White was shown in 173 countries simultaneously, and this achievement will be entered in the records book next year.

Actress Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark on the series, was on hand to pick up GoT’s certificate.

Game Of Thrones’ popularity has increased to the point that people have started naming their kids after the show’s characters.

The newest edition of the Guinness Book of World Records book will be released on September 10th.
