Fun shooting with Salman after years: Shah Rukh

Coming together on screen with his colleague and friend Salman Khan turned out to be a fun moment for Shah Rukh Khan, as the superstar says the duo bonded over long conversations than just shooting.

Shah Rukh, 50, and Salman, who appeared together in the 1995 hit “Karan Arjun”, shot a promo in the film’s style for the “Dabangg” actor’s reality TV show “Bigg Boss Nau”.

The “Happy New Year” actor said the experience of shooting the promo was fun.

“More than reprising the Karan Arjun feel, it’s just nice always to be with Salman. We share a lot of personal moments together but we were shooting after a long time. We were together for three-four hours and talked more than shooting the promo, which we did in one, one and a half hours,” Shah Rukh told reporters.

The “Chennai Express” actor also hummed a few lines of a song from “Karan Arjun” describing his friendship with Salman.

“It was fun to be with him. As he (Salman) says, I don’t want to make it melodramatic and emotional, ‘Ye bandhan toh pyaar ka…’ It was good to be with him,” he added.

The actor was speaking at “The Shah Rukh Khan film festival” organised by PVR which will showcase his iconic films like “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayege”, “Chak De India”, “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi” and “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” from December 11-17.

His upcoming romantic-drama “Dilwale” is scheduled to release on December 18.
