I nitially Candidate will work on the Payroll of Hike On Management Services Pvt. Ltd. & According to performance candidate would be absorbed in the roll of Company.
1. For marketing promoter
Experience Required: 0-1 Year
Annual CTC: 1.40 Lac Per Annum. + TA/DA+ Mobile Reimbursement + Incentive.
Desired Profile:
Graduate (BA/B.sc /BBA/MBA etc..)
Good in English & Local Language
2 wheeler Required
Positive Attitude, Polite, Confident, ready to accept challenges, Adoptability, learning ability, Aggressive in work.
Role & Responsibility:
Responsible for creating awareness of the new product & promoting it at different places.
Representing Company & Brand to Various dealers & Distributors.
Representing Company & Brand in Various Trade Fair, Exhibitions, and meetings.
Searching untapped market for company to promote the brand.
2. For Sales Promoter
Experience Required: 1-3 Year
Annual CTC: 1.80 Lac per Annum. + Incentive.
Desired Profile:
Graduate (BA/B.sc /BBA/MBA etc..)
Good in English & Local Language
Positive Attitude, Polite, Confident, ready to accept challenges, Adoptability, learning ability, Aggressive in work.
Role & Responsibility
Deal with different customers and dealers and convert their queries into Sales.
Lead-opportunity tracking information and manage sales.
Warm welcome to customer & doing Price negotiations.
Educate to customer about new product, New Design & new technological advantages.
Understanding the requirement of customer & Store management.
