Financial problems drive three persons to suicide

A 34-year-old man committed suicide allegedly due to financial problems.

According to Tukkaramgate police, the deceased, R Mohan, resorted to the extreme step by hanging to the ceiling at his residence in Mallikarjun Nagar on Thursday night. He was an electrician and was facing some financial problems for the past few months which consequently drove him to suicide.

In another case, S Joseph, 37, of Hari Nagar, who had consumed some unknown poison on August 16, died at the Osmania General Hospital on Thursday night. According to Malakpet police, Joseph was an employee of a private firm and was suffering from ill-health and financial problems which are suspected to have led him to the extreme step.

In a different case, G Venkatesh, 23, committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling at his residence in Patel Nagar on Thursday night due to financial problems, according to Amberpet police. (INN)
