Ideal Qualifications:
More than 5 years of Solution Architecture experience preferably in Retail banking space
At least 10 years of experience in Application Design and Development
Experience in retail banking and digital project implementation
Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through the complexities of the business solution
7+ years of experience in Development, Implementation and performing System Administration on FileNet P8 product based solutions.
Good knowledge on FileNet Content engine and Process engine APIs.
Experienced in managing Work Items, Queues, Rosters and Workflows on Process Engine.
Experience in using tools such as FileNet Enterprise Manager, Process Administration Tool and Process configuration console in administering Enterprise Applications.
Experience in IBM FileNet P8 Components involving Installation, Configuration and Administration of Content Engine, Process Engine and Application Engine.
Good Implementation knowledge on IBM content collector (ICC) for file system.
Job Description:
Solution Architect defines and manages solutions across functional groups and leads through example and by taking responsibility, exhibiting a bias for action, exerting personal influence, applying technical know-how. SA will be the face of the technology team to external/internal businesses or departments. This includes technical discussions with software development for internal applications as well as integration with off the shelf software, integrations with the partners.
Analysis of the business requirements to understand the issues, objectives and expected outcome from business perspective
Create solution approach and detailed solution blue prints that solves the functional and non-functional requirements
Create high-quality solutions that align to technology standards, security and inter-operational guidelines
Providing technical leadership and guidance to the IT teams for feasibility, design and deployment
Partner with multiple delivery teams to ensure that implementation is in alignment of Architecture laid out
Contributing to the ongoing maturity of the architecture discipline and improvement of architecture delivery
Understanding and working knowledge of design patterns, real-time, batch and intra-day service levels
