Fake degree case: Tomar granted bail

New Delhi: Former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar has been granted bail in connection with his fake law degree.

Following his release from Tihar jail, the AAP leader said, “I am going to talk about a lot of things; there is a lot which needs to be said.”

A Delhi Court had earlier extended Tomar’s judicial custody till July 20.

Earlier this month, Tomar was arrested in connection with his fake law degree.

Following a complaint, an FIR was lodged against him under IPC Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B for criminal conspiracy, cheating and forgery. (ANI)
