Hyderabad: Dr. A. Sabharwal, Director of Drug Control Authority informed that the officials of hid Dept. raided various medical stores in the city and seized fairness creams of 11 companies which are harmful to human skin. He told that “My fairness cream”, “K-lyte cream”, “Cute Skin”, “Carofit max cream”, “Eukroma cream”, “Eukroma – Plus”, “Skin Bright cream”, “Clear Skin cream”, “Smooth cream”, “Hadensa cream”, “Ever Shine cream” have been seized. The total value of the seized creams is said to be Rs. 29000. The Drug Control Authorities have registered 13 cases against the companies under Drug and Cosmetic Act.
