Job Description:
1. To ensure the error free and online documentation.
2. To ensure only calibrated instrument /equipments are used for analysis.
3. To coordinate with supervisor in developing the methods for Dissolution UV/HPLC, Assay and RS by HPLC/UPLC.
4. Assist and/or perform analysis of development samples for Dissolution UV/HPLC, Assay and RS by HPLC/UPLC as per test method.
5. To ensure the instruments/equipment are cleaned after completing the analysis.
6. Daily monitoring of temperature in refrigerator and labs.
7. To ensure valid working/reference impurity standards are used for analysis.
8. Receipt and storage of samples/standards.
9. Labeling of standards, chemicals and reagents.
10. Receipt of log books and SOPs from QA.
11. To ensure the GLP compliance in laboratory.
12. Supporting for the installation of instruments and equipments.
13. Any other work allotted by supervisor.
14. To ensure the working standards, reference standards and impurities are maintained as per GLP.
15. To ensure the archival of completed file and LNB.
16. Assist and/or perform analysis of development samples for water content by KF, LOD and Identification tests as per Analytical Test Method/Standard Test Procedure.
