Job Description:
Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts including in compliance with prescribed accounting standards.
Performing reconciliation of Bank & Ledger accounts and generating the related financial statements.
Finalizing the monthly balance sheet and daily cash flow to administer the liquidity position.
Preparing Monthly Balance Sheet & P&L for reporting point of view.
Supervising the things administrative point of view.
Preparing the following, depositing it as per the Income Tax Act and ensuring compliance of the same:
Monthly Vat Tax, Service Tax.
Preparation and verification of journal, Cash & Bank Vouchers
Preparation of financial statements relating Sub-Contract, Creditors, Debtors etc.
Maintaining parties ledger and General ledger.
General ledger and Parties ledgers postings.
Maintaining vendor payments.
Preparation of monthly Bank reconciliation statement
Preparation of monthly Trial Balance
Preparation of cheques and issued to parties.
