Eighteen complaints relating to low pressure, sewerage overflow, billing, inadequate water supply, using motors illegally etc., from areas like Tukaramgate, Hayathnagar, Gowlipura, Falaknuma, Ramgopalpet, Madhapur, Serlingampally, Moosaram Bagh, Hastinapuram, Vanasthalipuram, Ameerpet, Shapur Nagar, Alkapuri, Begum Bazar, Dilsukhnagar etc., were received at “DIAL UR MD”, HMWSSB programme held at Board Office, Khairatabad on Saturday.
Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) Managing Director M. Jagadeeshwar assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned General Managers (Engg.) to attend to the same immediately and send Action Taken Reports (ATR) to Head office.
Earlier, during the “MEET UR MD” Programme about Sixteen complaints mainly long pending issues were received. The Managing Director instructed concerned Chief General Managers (E)/(Rev) to resolve these complaints immediately.
Among others who attended these programmes include M.
