Dattatreya Adopts Kolanupaka Village In Nalgonda District

Bandaru Dattatreya Union Minister of State for Labour & Employment, has adopted two villages under the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) in Warangal district. The two villages are sannur which has a famous lord Venkateshwara temple and another village by name Annaram Sharief which has a famous Darga.
The main idea of the SAGY programme is to turn the selected Adarsh Grams as the nucleus of health, cleanliness, greenery and cordiality within the community. In the two earlier adopted villages the village committees have been formed, the proposal for road worth Rs.4.5 crore has been submitted to the state government, one branch of syndicate bank has been opened, and distribution of computers to school has been taken up.
Now the minister has adopted Kolanupaka Village in Nalgonda district. This village has an internationally renowned Jain temple. The minister will be visiting this village on September 26, to interact with the farmers and others and learn their felt needs and address them and make this village a model village like the other villages which he has adopted in Warangal district.
