Job Description:

Strong and demonstrated leadership skills
Minimum 5 years ITIL Operational experience including SLA expertise
Minimum 2 years Management experience, preferably within an ITIL function
Understanding the Operational Structure and the Service Delivery organization.
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of management both within Company and Client organisations.
Competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
ITIL Foundations v3 Certified
