Man held for travelling on fake passport

(Siasat News): The immigration staff at RGI airport arrested a passenger for travelling on a fake passport and handed him over to RGI police.

According to the details, Syed Khaleel Basha, 50, native of Chittoor, had gone to Riyadh for job a decade ago. However, he was not suitably paid. He wanted to come back and demanded his passport from his employer where he was informed that his passport was destroyed.

He then contacted an agent and obtained a fake passport by replacing the photograph of one Linga Nayak with his own. On this passport, he reached Shamshabad from Riyadh but during the immigration check, he was caught as the passport was proved as fake.

Sub-inspector Hari Prasad Reddy has registered a case and handed him over to judicial custody.

Two commit suicide

(Siasat News): Two persons committed suicide in two different incidents occurred in S R Nagar and Asifnagar police limits where one ended his life due to the financial crunch and the motive behind the second person’s suicide is yet to be ascertained.

According to S R Nagar police, the deceased Sravan Kumar, 22, resident of Borabanda and a mechanic by profession, consumed liquor in excess quantity and after reaching home, ended his life.

Asifnagar police said that the deceased Rajsekhar, 28, was the resident of Gudi Malkapur. Yesterday, he hanged himself to death at his residence.

Police has registered both the cases and investigations are underway.

Passenger dies after bus hit him at JBS

(Siasat News): In a bizarre incident at Jubilee Bus Station in Secunderabad, a passenger was severely hit by an RTC bus.

According to Marredpally police, the deceased Srinivas, 45, a businessman, was the native of Karimanagar. He had come to the city for some non-business purpose.

While getting down from the bus at JBS, he was hit by another RTC bus entering speedily in the depot that killed him instantly.

A case has been registered against the driver and further investigations are in progress.
