Alcoholic ends life after row with wife

(Siasat News): A man, who was a habitual drunkard, had a row with his wife yesterday and took the extreme step of ending his life. This incident occurred in Chandrayangutta where one Kiran, 24, committed suicide.

The deceased was the resident of Bandlaguda and was a labourer. His wife was very upset over his drinking habit and asked him several times to give up this bad habit.

Yesterday, as usual, Kiran came to the house in an inebriated state and started fighting with his wife. Later, with letting his wife know, he went to another room and hanged himself to death.

Police is further investigating.

Student’s suspicious death, parent’s protest

(Siasat News): The suspicious death of a minor student in Rajendranagar sent shock waves in the locality. The angry parents of the deceased Amer, 17, protested against the school management.

He was the student of class X in Gems Shine School and was the resident of Khaja Nagar, Attapur.

Yesterday, while playing in the school, he severely got injured and was immediately taken to a hospital where he died last night during the treatment.

Police Rajendranagar has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Woman consumes phenyl by mistake, dies

(Siasat News): A woman who had mistakenly consumed phenyl, died. This incident occurred in Vanasthalipuram. In the meantime, Vanasthalipuram police said that the deceased Manikamma was the wife of one Shankaraiah of Otkur.

On November 2, she had come to his son’s house situated in Vanasthalipuram from Mahboobnagar. The woman was in the bad habit of drinking sendhi (toddy).

Last night, she mistook the bottle of phenyl as that of sendhi and consumed it. When her condition deteriorated, she was shifted to a hospital where she died last night during the treatment.

Police is further investigating.
