Gold worth Rs. 1 crore seized from aircraft

(Siasat News): Directorate Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has seized 4.232 kgs gold worth Rs. 1.07 crore from an aircraft at RGI airport.

This operation was conducted on a secret tip-off. The aircraft had reached the city from Vishkhapatnam and was on its way to Dubai via Mumbai.

As per the details, the aircraft had reached Vishakhapatnam from Dubai via Mumbai. The contraband was hidden behind the commode of the toilet. Further investigations are underway.

Youth drowns during fishing

(Siasat News): a youth accidentally drowned during fishing in Shamshabad talaab.

As per the details, one Mohd. Moin, 22, an auto driver and resident of Mir Mahmood Pahadi, Rajendranagar, had come to Shamshabad talaab on August 2 for fishing.

However, due to his negligence, he slipped in the water and drowned as nobody was around to save him at the time of the accident.

His dead body was found floating yesterday. Shamshabad RGI police has registered a case and handed over the dead body to the relatives after the post mortem.

Minor raped in Humayun Nagar

(Siasat News): A case of alleged rape of a minor girl in Humayun Nagar came into lime light and it is said that the victim, a resident of Pochamma Basthi is eight month pregnant.

A young boy was involved in impregnating her as in the name of love, he was sexually exploiting her. A young boy Krishna lives in the neighbourhood of the girl and people suspect that he might have raped the girl.

Assistant Police commissioner Asifnagar Mr. Mohd. Ghouse Mohiuddin said that following the complaint of the girl’s relatives, police has started the investigation.

After the preliminary investigations, it was disclosed that there were five boys living in other portion of the house of the girl’s parents on rent including hotel employee Krishna.

During the course of time, the 14-year-old girl fell in love with Krishna and started dating him. When her parents came to know about it, they immediately asked all the boys to vacate the house.

Little did they know that the boy and the girl had crossed all the moral boundaries and had maintained physical relations that sent shock waves in the locality.

Police is in the search of the culprit and further investigations are underway.
