Job Description:
Chase debt by telephone and email to reach / exceed monthly collection targets
Monitor queries until resolved
Liaison with Credit Control Manager for collection of slow payers and problem debts, determining escalation point for transfer to legal.
Reduce debtor days
Good time management skills
Liaise with account manager / support team to resolve customer queries.
Experience doing credit control for an IT / Telecoms company an advantage.
