CPI senior leader Dr. K. Narayana has alleged his name has been illegally removed from the electoral rolls.
Narayana stays in Flat No. 104 of B.N.Reddy Towers of Basheerbagh. The GHMC officials, who recently did a survey to check voters’ names, have deleted Narayana and his wife’s name from the electoral rolls. He said he was shocked to learn about deletion of his name without any notice. He said this was the biggest proof of illegal deletion of names from the voters’ list.
Narayana has sought a clarification from the GHMC on this issue. (INN)
