Experience in Core Java/J2EE
Experience in EJB, should have created and worked on Session/ Message Beans
Experience in web service development (SOAP/REST)
Experience in message driven architecture using JMS/IBM WebSphere MQ or related products
Hands-on experience in WebSphere Application Server 7
Hands-on experience in RAD 8 IDE
Experience in Hibernate & Spring MVC Framework
Strong Experience in SQL
Experience in XML technologies and XML parsing using tools such as JAXB, JiBX, XMLBeans, etc.
Experience in Unix/Linux platform
Experience in ANT or Maven
Experience in designing (high level & low level) for J2EE applications using UML and various J2EE/OO Design patterns meeting performance, security requirements
Ability to design database schemas and write fine-tuned queries & stored procedures for various databases including Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc.
Design, develop and maintain Java based modules/applications
Perform software coding and unit testing of application/modules using coding standards and designs/patterns
Must have strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts
Ability to provide hands-on leadership to other developers
Should be able to interact with Client and coordinate with onsite team members
