Job Description
Completing capital projects (new projects / project expansions /up-gradation of existing facilities) on time with quality & HSE and within the approved budget.
Responsible to build a good working relation with cross functional & inter departmental teams to lead the entire project team of all disciplines.
Responsible for the internal and external communication.
Responsible for implementation of all safety procedures & to ensure that safety norms are achieved through awareness and strict compliance to standards and Project safety Plan
Work load forecasting and management as project plan.
Constructability review and approval for consultant/ supplier designs/drawings
Monitoring project construction activities on day to day basis as per project schedule
Material follow-up with purchase dept./vendor based on the priority list/construction progress
Weekly and monthly project status report
Monitoring the installation and commission activity
Vendor/contactors bills verification and approval
Responsible for project material reconciliation and project closing
Coordinating with project design team/ engineering consultant for necessary construction designs/drawings.
Review and certify all the vendor drawings issued for approval to assure compliance with design and technical requirements.
Managing the changes at site through proper engineering change control protocol.
Responsible to review & approve the Quality formats, Safety formats & work method statements before execution of the activity.
To establish a logical and systematic system of filing project documents & drawings, to ensure timely and accurate retrieval of documents on demand, to ensure that latest revision of any document is available & maintained at site.
Responsible for checking measurements & certifying all the contractors bills including running and final bills.
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day quality issues at project site in coordination with project design team/Engineering consultant and evaluate for the root cause.
Regular project review meetings within the team, with the cross functional teams and with the consultants/vendors to control the project time to time.
Salary:INR 10,00,000 – 15,00,000 P.A

PG:Post Graduation Not Required

Technical Competencies:
Essentials:
Knowledge in executing installation & commissioning activities related to Civil, clean room panels, HVAC, clean & black utility in Biopharmaceuticals industry.
Hands on experience in Conceptual, detailed design, Project Planning, execution and qualification of Biopharmaceutical facilities as per cGMP requirements.
Experience in coordinating other engineering disciplines like civil, electrical, instrumentation, automation & IBMS
Having experience in handling greenfield projects will be preferred
Desired:
Experience in working with project management tools like MSP etc
Age : 31 to 37 Years
Preferred Experience range from 10 to 15 Years
Basic Qualification B.Tech/B.E Mechanical/Chemical
Additional Qualifications:M.S office,AutoCAD ,MSP
