Chinese team conducts aerial survey to plan Signal Free traffic

The Telangana Government is planning to come up with Signal Free Traffic for the convenience of the citizens of twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The East-West Road Corridor, covering a distance of 42 kilometers, is being proposed to be taken up on priority basis.

GHMC Commissioner and Special Officer Somesh Kumar, along with the China delegation team held an aerial survey from Begumpet Airport to River Musi, Narsingi Outer Ring Road to Bibinagar areas and Korremla Outer Ring Road the way all along Musi River. The team will have a detailed inspection of 42 kilometers stretch and identify encroached areas, existing bridges, etc., and will examine the feasibility. It will then submit a detailed report to the State Government.

Somesh Kumar informed that the State Government has held discussions with Chinese company M/s. Anju Infra Company for the project.

The Chinese delegation comprising of Yogeshwaa, Director, Anju Infrastructure, Manoj Gandhi, Bridge Designing expert, B.P. Singh, Radic Consultancy, Chairman Rajkumar and R. Dhan Singh, Engineer-in-Chief have participated in the aerial survey. (INN)
