Chicken Masala Fry

Ingredients:

1/2 kg – Chicken

100 g – small Onion

50 g – Garlic

10 flakes Garlic

2 Green chilli

2 tsp – coriander powder

1 tsp – Red Chilli powder

1 tsp – Garam Masala

Salt

Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Add grated small onion and green chilli; fry till golden in colour.

Add ginger and garlic paste and fry till it is brown in colour.

Add chicken and fry till it loses all the moisture

Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and garam masala and sprinkle some water and cook for 15 mins

Garnish with coriander leaves.
