Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali has announced that Govt. of Telangana would include a new chapter on Asif Jahi rulers of erstwhile Hyderabad state in school syllabus of the state.
Speaking to the press persons after presenting floral tributes to the shrine of the 7th Nizam at Masjid-e-Judi, King Kothi, on Sunday, on the occasion of 49th death anniversary of the last Nizam of erstwhile Hyderabad state, he told that articles on Asif Jahi rulers especially the life and achievements of the last Asif Jahi ruler Osman Ali Khan would be included so that the new generation is made aware of the remarkable services rendered by them.
Mahmood Ali claimed the Nizam rulers were quite secular and made remarkable achievements for the development of Hyderabad.
