New Delhi, Sept.7 : Former Congress leader in Gujarat, Shakti Singh Gohil, on Monday said that the NDA Government is politicising the nation’s foreign policy.
Gohil was responding to the latest ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch District.
“The way Modi is running external policy, many civilians and armies are dying on border. Modi and BJP’s union ministers do politics on external affairs policy,” Gohil told ANI.
“It is very much unfortunate that Pakistan has continuously resorted to ceasefire violations. Congress has never done politics on external policy. We have always given priority to national interest,” he added.
Gohil further said that the NDA Government must think about the safety of the nation.”
The ceasefire violation on Monday has claimed one life and injured seven others. The injured have been admitted to a local hospital. (ANI)
