CBI given permission to question accused in Sheena Bora murder case till Oct. 19

Mumbai, Oct 7 : The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday was given permission by the Bombay High Court to question all the three accused in the Sheena Bora murder case till 19th October.

“From today to 19th interrogation will be done of all the three accused. If CBI wants further investigation then they can apply on the 17th October. Extension, for last date of interrogation, will also be decided on October 17,” said S.R. Mithare (Sanjeev Khanna’s lawyer)

Indrani Mukerjea and two other accused were arrested in August-end on the charge of murdering her daughter Sheena Bora and disposing of the body in a forest in Raigad district, in April 2012. All the accused have been remanded to judicial custody till October 19.

The Sheena Bora case is presently being probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) (ANI)
