Caitlyn Jenner won’t possibly face criminal charge for Malibu incident

Washington D.C., Aug 27 : Caitlyn Jenner might not face any criminal charge for her recent Malibu car crash incident unlike rumours as reportedly L.A. County District Attorney has named it a tragic accident rather than calling it a crime.

The sources close to the officials informed that major crime attorneys have looked into the incident and are coming to a conclusion that it was relevant the former Olympian braked several seconds before impact in an attempt to avoid hitting a Lexus on Pacific Coast Highway, TMZ.com reported.

The sources added that District Attorney might file misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charges because the 65-year-old ‘I Am Cait’ star violated the speed law by not slowing down her car swiftly.

Notably, the incident led to the death of a Lexus motorist on the Pacific Coast Highway.
