      Job Purpose:

 

      Reach Business goals through qualitative business, convert leads to business opportunities, negotiating terms to meet client requirements within the broad policy norms of the

Bank

      and be the interface between the

bank

      and the client for the BB segment.

 

      Sourcing of New To

Bank

      (NTB) customers as per the given targets per month in terms of number of customers

 

      Sourcing of New To

Bank

      (NTB) customers as per the given targets per month in terms of value of loan amount

 

      Sourcing of New To

Bank

      (NTB) customers as per the given targets per month in terms of Processing Fee

 

      Cross sell of Liability Products, Insurance etc.

 

      Tracking of pending deferrals till closure

 

      Principal Accountabilities of the Role:-

 

      1.Reach the Targets set for Business and Contribution

 

      Sourcing, converting leads to Business, negotiation and Monitoring growth

 

      2.Maintaining Healthy portfolio

 

      Monitoring, periodical reviews/renewals of existing limits, Unit visits, discuss with clients for suggesting corrective measures etc., for mutual benefit.

 

      3.Cross selling

 

      Provide leads, suggest suitable products to BB clients to improve contribution and client base.

 

      4.Reduction of NPAs

 

      Monitoring, compromise through negotiations (or) resort to legal recourse.

 

      5.Reach PSA Goals

 

    Identify specific segments/activities to finance which qualify for PSA
