The Islamic State (IS) on Monday uploaded two photos from social media accounts linked to it showing armed fighters on boats at a unidentified location.

The images which are from the latest nasheed video released by Al Hayat Media, claimed that it showed “a boatful of Indians” reported The Indian Express.

The images which were tweeted by @cihadci2 claim that one of the men was Indian Mujahideen (IM) commander Muhammad “Bada” Sajid who was reportedly killed in Syria.

The account @cihadci2 is reportedly operated by Fahad Shaikh, one of the four Thane youths who had travelled to Syria to join IS last May.

Pro-IS accounts also tweeted a still from the video of an IS fighter with his finger raised, identifying him as a “Mujahid from India” reported The Indian Express.
