Opposition BJP will try to corner the AAP Government on 10 issues of public importance including Jan Lokpal, during the Delhi Assembly session beginning from November 18.

“BJP will leave no stone unturned in the coming Delhi Assembly Session to shake CM and his team out of inertia, insensitivity and lethargy, said Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta.

“BJP will corner government on 10 issues of public importance, by introducing 6 private resolutions covering important public matters and raise 35 questions covering burning problems,” he said.

BJP MLAs will ask for the verification of all the 70 MLAs and also corner government on its “failure” to implement Finance Commission Bill, Jan Lokpal Bill as well as Right of Citizens to Time-bound Delivery of Services Act, 2011, he said.

The BJP legislators today met to discuss their strategy to “corner” the government on various issues of public importance during the Assembly session. Besides Gupta, the other two BJP MLAs Om Prakash Sharma and Jagdish Pradhan attended the meeting.
